In November 2023, we returned to Turkey for the sixth time, this time with our family. Seeing the wonder and awe on their faces as they experienced this incredible country inspired us to create a journey we could share with friends of all ages.

Ancient Ruins: Ephesus and Pamukkale -Ephesus is one of the best-preserved ancient cities in the world, giving unparalleled insight into the daily life of ancient Romans. Pamukkale is known for its mineral-rich effervescent thermal waters flowing down white travertine terraces.
Aegean Coast: A blend of relaxation and exploration, including golf, sea kayaking, and historical tours of ancient castles, enhanced by local insights.

We were just in Turkey in November of 2023 and found it as lovely as ever. With our extensive network of friends and local guides, we have an intimate knowledge of the country and are able to provide real information about how global events impact Turkey. Most regions in Turkey are safe and tourist-friendly; we have had people travel close to the Syrian border with no issue at all. Beyond national concern, Turkey is one of the friendliest and most welcoming countries in the world, with locals more than happy to share their stories, provide information, or offer you a cup of tea. Like any major city that caters to tourists, pickpockets and theft are present, so we do our best to remind travelers when to watch their belongings. Turkey thrives on tourism and likes to ensure that guests are taken care of.

In our experience, people find Turkey to be a very affordable country, with Taxi rides around Istanbul costing less than $5 and a nice meal for one being around $10. Determining if Turkey is an expensive country to visit will naturally depend on where you are traveling from. North American, Australian, and European tourists will find Turkey to be a very affordable country. Turkey uses its own currency, the Turkish lira, which historically is valued beneath the USD or Euro(currently at about 28 Lira to $1 USD). All major credit cards are accepted.
